Hey @MojangSupport can we get an idea of how big your "bit of a backlog" is so we know how long to wait for a response? Customer service has been really lacking.

Thanks for the copy-paste response that tells me nothing. This whole customer service experience has been terrible. Sadly this has been said over and over for years and no change. Wonder if this is why sites exist where you can gen minecraft accounts.
