i really don't enjoy the fact how I was just told by Xbox Support that Minecraft for Switch has a known bug that just completely wipes out your purchases + Minecoins??? but nothing has been done to resolve it/give compensation to those affected by the bug??

i spent the last hour and a half trying to resolve this by going to Nintendo, then told to go to Mojang, then told to go to Xbox Support, then told to go back to Nintendo... again, right after being told that there's a lot of these cases going on with no known resolution
