@MojangSupport I've had no reply to my support ticket or this tweet. Why has £33.99 of my money been taken without giving me the service I am paying for?? I want my subscription or I want a refund.
@MojangSupport Hi! I purchased a 180 day Realms subscription on Jan 8th. However, when I log into Minecraft, it says I currently have no active subscriptions and cannot open a Realm?
