@MojangSupport hey guys! Having problems after renewing my realms, it keeps popping up saying we couldn’t create your realm right now. Check back later. I renewed yesterday and the server has been down ever since :/ can you help?

Ok this is getting ridiculous now. I paid for a product on the 26th and I’ve yet to receive it. Can you please look into this ASAP, I can’t imagine it’s a very difficult problem to solve and won’t take up too much of your seemingly very limited time for customer support.
