@MojangSupport I really wish your site had some sort of chat tool where we can get help with logins. Waiting weeks for support for a simple issue is unacceptable.

It’s now been three weeks since I’ve submitted my initial request for help recovering my hacked account and I’ve heard nothing. I’ve had my accounts with other gaming companies resolved within minutes, not weeks. I’ve just submitted another ticket. Really hope I hear back soon.
