It's been over a month since I requested help and no official update on expected timeline. Any ideas when help will happen or why it's taking so long?
I’m in the same boat. 3 emails in the past 3 weeks with no reply. Missing content still from a month ago that I paid for.

Minecraft Helpdesk emailed me last night but every time I respond, they send me a blank email with a copy of the first email they sent. I've got 5 or 6 blank copies of the original email they sent. SMH
