@MojangSupport I changed my gamer tag and all of my purchases with coins are missing on all of my devices. I have missing texture packs, mashup packs and freebies. I have been in a chat with Microsoft and they say it's your problem. Your support say contact Microsoft. Really?!?

I did and I was told to talk to Microsoft. I responded to the e-mail yesterday. Support request # 101912
