@MojangSupport if we submitted a ticket for a lost/hacked account two months ago, should we send in another ticket or does the backlog extend that long? i know yall have a lot of tickets and i'm just hoping mine didn't get lost in the digital pile! thank you :)

Over two months waiting on response to support ticket ..... and not even an acknowledgement to several twitter comments like this. Dont hold your breath @Hnybnny Mojang's Support is non-existant
