@MojangSupport Renewing a Realm on my Switch is giving me this error, and has been for days on multiple different WiFi networks. Any ideas?

Why are you replying to @edwardocollins and not me? Why have you replied to my email completely disregarding the content of the ticket? I have paid to renew a realm on my Nintendo Switch and it won't enable the realm. You've sent me an email about a Windows 10 code. Useless.
