@MojangSupport My friend and I are receving an error message in Minecraft, when we try to enter in eachother world's, ''Unable to connect to world''. My friend is on ps4 and I on pc. I already tried to turn off my antivirus and it didn't work. Sorry about my english

This is likely due to your internet and/or router settings. The host needs to have a NAT type of 1 or OPEN. Also people on slow internet trying to connect from a geographical location far from the host can timeout. ^EG
