You have sent me an email unrelated to my ticket that I sent in. The email told me if it was not a Windows 10 related issue to create a new ticket. I don't wish to be caught in a cycle of endless new tickets. I replied to that email reinstating my ongoing issue. Please advise.

I contacted Nintendo today to see if they could help me. They told me that this is a problem only you can solve. I understand there are plenty of people ahead of me when it comes to tickets, but do I need to make another ticket about the same problem as your new email asked?

Good lord. I have seen delays for people and heard there is a 1-2 month wait time. What problem are you experiencing?
