hello again, is there a way to reinstall Minecraft launcher after you uninstall it because it was running in 16.9.3 and I couldn't work out how to change it so I uninstalled the Minecraft launcher and I don't know how to reinstall it please help, thank you

is there a way to change the launcher version? because its still in 1.6.93 and I want it in the latest version, and so that my skin shows up in worlds that i'm playing on
