Need help please since the update I can’t get on my realm it loads then kicks me out after a few seconds and I don’t want to pay for a realm that I can’t even play.

I've had Minecraft Java Edition since around 2012 to 2013 and the code that I have for a free copy of Minecraft bedrock edition is redeemed? I never redeemed it.
