I can’t change skins on Minecraft Bedrock edition I wait for it to load and when it’s loads it says I have 0 skins in that skin pack

Hey i logged into Xbox Live with Internet and the game crashed afterwards, when i try to load back in the game crashes aswell. This only happened once i signed into Xbox Live (On iOS also.) Is there a workaround for this or am i stuck with it?

On bedrock edition theres an issue with split screen where items take up to much of each screen. It make it impossible to use shields
