I can't get any of my skins to load that I've purchased and I've tried for the last 4 days now, I can't seem to get them to load and everything seems alright with my account asides from major lag while playing even though my internet is fine

I made a realm, and my one friend's Xbox account won't let him on, he is iOS, but my other friends that play on the Realm do have iOS. Do you have any suggestions?

I haven't been able to upload worlds to my realm or reset the world. It says in the top left that it finished uploading, ut then it says it failed.
