@MojangSupport Have an incredibly upset 9 year-old because the latest update removed worlds he created, and it prompted us to make a Microsoft acct. for him, and now he can’t even play with his own friends on the same wifi network. Plus, we can’t seem to make a Mojang acct. Help!

The links you sent are of no help. We need your tech support to read the support email I wrote, and actually respond to it. Nothing more maddening than being handed a bunch of links that do nothing to solve the issue.
