@MojangSupport i have tried sending an email a month ago for this issue, but never received a response. im trying to get a windows 10 code for minecraft but have no luck from the website. i also no longer have the purchase info aside from the screen showing when i bought the game

any clue when the issue will be fixed? also if its just a digital game/download, cant yall just give the game download to me/everyone affected? give our accounts access to the game automatically? using a code generator seems a bit sloppy if you ask me
