@MojangSupport I've tried to figure out why my minecraft account doesn't have what I have paid for. My ticket has been ignored for over a month now. natemrice@gmail.com, I supported this project when it was just taking off and I still can't play this game now

It's been over a month. I've been pretty patient. I supported minecraft from the beginning and this is pretty pathetic attempt at support.
