@MojangSupport i cant find my Transaction ID i paid with paysafecard, and im sure my account got hacked cause i cant find it in my email

The new device 3 question pop up is preventing us from logging in (even though we know our password and email) The email registered was since closed by gmail so we cannot edit our 3 answers. Also we do not have our transaction ID for the 4yr old acct. What can we do?
