@MojangSupport I submitted a support ticket 163711 on 12/26/2019 with no resolution or response. I can’t sign in on switch, which means I’m paying for a realm I can’t access! Please help with this as others are having the same on switch

Still waiting with this issue, can't log into realm for 2mo now. Shall I return my game? Doubt they will take it back where I bought it
