@MojangSupport any update on when ps4 will actually work cross-platform. Friends cannot get Microsoft access to work.

I've got friends on ps4 who are getting their help tickets ghosted by Mojang. They have the Microsoft accts and have buzzy bees, and still cannot get platform to connect.
