@MojangSupport Hey, I have a support ticket that's been in for over 2 weeks with no replies. I mean, it said you were going through a backlog, but after 2 weeks, it gave nothing. The support ticket is 163980 if you guys can help me out. I lost access to my original email.

guys, peeps say theyve had tickets in for years now. Hire more staff. If you cant get through the tickets fast enough, hire more staff, hire better staff, or both,
