#Microsoft seem to have bad tech support when it comes to claiming a game, that it says i am eligible for, no response for 3 weeks. Where is my eligible #minecraft windows 10 edition? Why are all keys used?

@MojangSupport How often do windows 10 edition of minecraft gift codes come around? Been trying for a few weeks but still no luck.
