@MojangSupport So, my ticket re Minecraft Education store hanging when I click buy has been unanswered for 2 months. Now trying to upgrade from Java Edn to Win10 in the meantime and you have "run out of codes"? Should I message so I can be ignored by support about this too?

We can assist with Windows 10 codes once you've sent us an email at help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/…. Remember to attach your Transaction ID for the Java account. ^EG

Thanks, I've already done that... with a screenie - but that's where I asked for help with Minecraft Education 2 months ago and have heard nothing back so forgive me if I am sceptical =/
