@Minecraft @MojangSupport @Microsoft is there a way to sign me in to my Microsoft account for Minecraft because it says that we tried signing you in but something went wrong how do I fix it

I have updated my game to the latest version and it still won't sign me in. My PS4 is operating properly and I have tried deleting and reinstalling the game and nothing works. My friend has been able to sign in but I havent. Does anyone know of anything else I can try and do.
