@MojangSupport I made a purchase last Friday. I had purchased my daughter a Dell cromebook so I chose the windows option. We have yet to be able to download anything. What can I do to resolve this issue.

I have made multiple attempts to email and use support page to request a refund. My purchase is not compatible with Cromebook. Will my refund request be honored if your response is delayed. I know I only have so many days for a refund.
