@MojangSupport Minecraft on Nintendo Switch is unplayable. Crash on world generation. Crash when logged into Microsoft account. Physical copy. Storage isn't an issue. These problems have been going on for at least 6 months.

It's not a listed issue but is complained about on the web. I own MC on 4 other platforms, this is a unique issue with Switch. It's also crap that all I'm getting is a blanket answer back. This is repeatedly the problem.
