@MojangSupport I'm having issues with my ingame purchases. The page says any purchases I make (that aren't exclusive) on one device will transfer to another, however my skin packs I bought on PS4 (Using Tokens) aren't showing up on my Nintendo switch.

I read through both this page and the page on the Xbox website that's linked directly from there. My problem wasn't solved, and additionally I noticed conflicting information on each page that just left me more confused.
