@NintendoUK @NintendoSwitch @Minecraft every time my 9 Yr old son tries to play his game this happens. New Nintendo Switch 17/12/19 & Minecraft Game. Taken the game out, re-booted the switch & still the same. Only happens on this game - his favourite! #AnyHelp?

Browsing the forums in technical support doesn't give any answers how to fix the problem. No one knows how to solve it. Is this a @NintendoUK or @Mojang @MojangSupport issue causing this? My son can't play @Minecraft because of this!
