So how long do I have to wait? My little girl has spent all of her birthday money & Xmas money on a Nintendo Switch with Minecraft for the soul reason of playing Minecraft with her cousin and its unplayable feeling totally ripped off & customer service is non existent 😡

Wow and now you don’t even have the curtesy to reply here either..... how many people do you have replying to emails? I have contacted two other game providers with problems FORTNITE 48 hour response time and ROCKET LEAGUE less than 24 hour response time
