Hey @MojangSupport @Mojang I made a support request a while ago (#171705) but I have not yet received an answer besides the automated reply. Could you give me any guesses how long I have to wait before I get any help? Will it be hours, days, weeks, months or years? Any timeframe?

You seem to a serious amount of problems from customers and tickets waiting to reply is there enough staff to deal with it or anything you can do lighten load

Apparently it is either an automated response or they are not allowed to say anything else except the script. Since I asked any amount of timeframe they could give and they didn't even answer my question in the slightest.
