@MojangSupport my son is having issues with marketplace and his Nintendo switch. For weeks it is saying there is an error with his account. Help button doesn't work. Please advise. He purchased City mall and it had worked but he can't use same now.

I sent the request as advised. Ref 182894. 7 days have passed without a response to my query. I would appreciate a response. Its bad enough the game is working properly. Its infuriating not to hear back.
