@MojangSupport Renewing a Realm on my Switch is giving me this error, and has been for days on multiple different WiFi networks. Any ideas?

This is beyond ridiculous. I HAVE EMAILED TWICE AND HAD NO REPLY. I have tweeted you numerous times. It has been well over a month. I've never experienced customer service so utterly diabolical! Please will you activate the service which I have paid for!
