@MojangSupport why will multiplayer games not load? I can’t get into my daughters world and she cannot get into mine.

Any of your so called help links are not at all user friendly. I get nowhere with any of that. I’m just referring to normal worlds not realms that used to be fun for us to play together. They won’t load multiplayer. Not crossing platforms or java PE.
