Please submit a new support request at help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/…. Remember to attach your Transaction ID. Then reply to this tweet with your old and new support request numbers. ^RS

Thank you for the reply I believe my old support number was Case #: 2708104. and my new one is 183398 I have no way of finding my transaction ID thank you again for the help.
