@MojangSupport I can't get into my mojang account or import my old minecraft account since i don't remember my password and password reset emails aren't coming throught. I bought the game in 2013 and i'd like to get back to playing but your email customer support isn't helping

Do you have ANY estimate on how long this is going to take? I've been trying to get my problem for almost a week now and i'm seriously starting to lose my patience at this point.
