@MojangSupport I can't get a code for Minecraft Windows 10 even though I have a 9 year old Java account, and your email support never responds. What should I do? The webpage says it's out of codes.

We can assist with Windows 10 codes once you've sent us an email at help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/…. Remember to attach your Transaction ID for the Java account. ^EG
