@MojangSupport hi my daughter spent $5.99 to buy Minecraft coins and then bought a skin but the skin has suddenly disappeared. And her balance of Minecraft coins is showing as zero.

Thanks. I restarted the iPad and initially it didn’t work but then when we opened the app a second time it did. Thanks
