@MojangSupport I bought the Halo mashup pack for my Switch back in July, but when I started the game earlier this month it says I no longer have access to that pack. I have a receipt from Nintendo showing I bought the minecraft coins, but those are gone too.

So it has been two months now, I haven't seen any response to my submission. And for some reason I can't find my submission anymore. I just needed to know why the content I paid for was removed from my game. Why does that take two months?
