@Minecraft @MojangSupport @Microsoft When will you have codes for free copy of Minecraft for Windows 10 that owners of Java Minecraft were promised? Error message says codes unavailable. My 11 year old is sad he’s unable to play Minecraft with friends. #minecraftcodes

Thank you we did that but have had no response. We do not have a transaction ID because we bought a prepaid Minecraft card years ago but if we log on to our account it says we qualify for free Windows 10 Minecraft. I am not the only person struggling with this issue.
