@MojangSupport Renewing a Realm on my Switch is giving me this error, and has been for days on multiple different WiFi networks. Any ideas?

I followed your advice and received this reply from Nintendo: "Unfortunately Nintendo did not develop this game, and if there is a problem within the game, and with their online features, this would have to be with the developer of the game Philip. There is no information 1/2
