@MojangSupport Hi, I had submitted a refund request after 1-2 hours of purchasing Minecraft: Java Edition on Dec 5th. And in the email it said, "We're currently working through a bit of a backlog but we'll get back to you very soon!" It's been 21 days now and nothing.
