@MojangSupport , I have sent you an email over a week ago concerning the fact that I cannot redeem my copy of windows 10 edition, even though I have had have since 2013. This email has yet to be responded to. Could you please help me out?

Sadly @Xmaninja1 there is a long wait (may be over a month at times), and not helpful when people put duplicate or invalid tickets into the queue.
