@MojangSupport I try to get my password reset but I receive no email. I have had my account since the first beta and would like to keep playing. Your support page is really unhelpful, but hopefully you guys can help me here.

Your support site is broken. When pressing submit the page just refreshes and I end up att the start page. I am using chrome on a MacBook. That it is so hard to get help is very weird and frustrating. do I need to run windows to get help?
