@Mojang I've had Minecraft Java since 2013 on my old email emtbcole@yahoo.com and recently changed it to vertranizer@gmail.com when I switched to windows 10 on my computer. I attempted to use the code to get windows 10 Minecraft for free, but says it's already redeemed. Help pls?

We can assist with Windows 10 codes once you've sent us an email at help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/…. Remember to attach your Transaction ID for the Java account. ^EG
