@MojangSupport this is now my third tweet. It’s been over a week since I submitted my ticket. I paid for master collection and didn’t get all my items. I’m going to probably want a refund for the difference I paid for master collection. Please advise.

Still no response from @MojangSupport regarding my issue. Almost 3 weeks and not even one reply to either of my tickets. Hard to imagine that this company that charges $50 for game can’t respond to tickets.

How many people are in line that it takes nearly a month to respond to a simple ticket that I didn’t get all my items during a purchase? I don’t mean to be hyperbolic but it’s actually quite unbelievable that an international game development company can’t respond before then.

Another 5 days gone by and no correspondence from @MojangSupport . I predict my next call will be to @AskAmex claiming fraudulent charges by @MojangSupport for not giving me my full purchase.

So I’m not sure what happened, but all my items are now here. Who knows what/who did what to correct it, because I’ve still received no communication regarding either of my tickets. I suppose I’ll mark it up to something miraculous.
