@MojangSupport My game won’t load no matter what I do. I already restarted it 3 times and my PS4 2 times. I am playing the PS4 Bedrock edition and it is just stuck in the mojang loading screen.

Please check your internet connectivity. Also check your parental settings to make sure that cross-platform permissions have been granted. You can verify that in your account at Xbox.com. ^EG

my internet connection is fine everything else is fine too the game doesnt load at all it just stays on the mojang white loading screen
