We can assist with Windows 10 codes once you've sent us an email at help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/…. Remember to attach your Transaction ID for the Java account. ^EG

Is the transaction ID my profile name? Would the edition of Minecraft I need help with be windows 10 or Java? Does it qualify as a sign in issue?

I changed emails a year or 2 back so I don't have an email from when I bought it (back in 2012) but I gave. A registration IP and registration date, is the transaction ID similar?
