@MojangSupport Help! On BE for PS4. I created a Microsoft account, logged in, it worked fine. Then I changed my gamertag, now it won’t let me sign in on PS. I tried trouble shooting: restarting the system, logged out & back in on browser, etc. Still can’t log in, can’t crossplay

I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues logging in on PS4. That said, please visit and report this issue at bugs.mojang.com/secure/Dashb… for a possible solution. ^EG
