@MojangSupport I have tried to get in contact with you for a month now. One week ago i emailed you guys to help me with a problem i got for like a month now. i am not able to login to my minecraft account on my new computer. even after changing the password and email. Please help

Been waiting for almost 3 months to get my minecraft account back. I have tried to email you guys a thousand times, but got no answer. It told me the email arrived but still got no reply. Is there another email i can try? Please help me, otherwise i want my money back.
